We absolutely loved the balcony overlooking the water and found the location of this hotel to be incredibly relaxing. The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff provided great service, especially in the boutique. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including healthy fruit. The room was comfortable, spacious, and came with a microwave and a refrigerator.

Couldn't stay longer.

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks. Great beach access and proximity to local restaurants. The onsite spa was a nice added bonus.

Room service fees and other additional charges were frustrating. Some staff members were not very accommodating or friendly. The assigned room had some cleanliness issues that were disappointing.

The waiter at the restaurant was super friendly and the free breakfast was decent. The location was great, just a short walk to the downtown area with lots of food options. Another advantage was the spacious room, perfect for a family of four.

Our stay was overall disappointing. The sheets on one of the beds had brown stains and there was hair on the toilet seat. The sleeper sofa was also broken off and the couch cushion had stains. The room was very dull and filthy, and we were grateful to only have stayed for one night. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

The best part about my stay at this hotel was its location. It's wonderful to have direct beach access, and plenty of great restaurants were within walking distance. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet- lots of options and very convenient. The room was cozy and clean, with a stunning ocean view. On top of that, the gym and spa facilities were very impressive, and the pool area was always lively.

The hotel lacked in the area of customer service. Staff were unresponsive and seemed unsure of how to handle even basic requests.

The stay here was such wonderful, loved the hotel, it was fairly clean with stunning and wonderful location close enough to the beach and the pier and certain areas. The breakfast was awesome, featured plenty of meals.

The hotel had an overall outdated and dreary look, furniture was chipped and sticky surfaces were everywhere. The pool area was overcrowded due to the rocky beach, and valet parking was expensive. Definitely not worth the price.

The room is huge and beautiful and equipped with central heating, a private safe and pay TV. The food offer is decent!
